Product presentation
Clexane 20 mg injection is an anticoagulant used to prevent and treat harmful blood clots. Prevents the growth of existing clots and limits the formation of new clots. It is also useful in preventing blood clots in the veins, conditions called deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
Clexane 20 mg injection is injected under the skin by a doctor or nurse. It should not be injected into a muscle. The dose and length of treatment are based on your medical condition, your response to the medication, and why you are being treated. It can also be based on your age and weight. It is important to continue using this medicine even if you do not experience any symptoms, as this prevents further damage. If you stop taking it, you could form a blood clot. While taking this medicine, you should avoid activities that increase the risk of bleeding or injury.
The most common side effects of this medication include bleeding, headache, increased blood platelets, and increased liver enzymes. A severe headache may be a sign of bleeding in the brain. Severe abdominal pain may be a sign of stomach bleeding. The bleeding can be dangerous and may not be visible. Watch for symptoms and tell your doctor if you're concerned.
Before using this medication, you should tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, or have recently had a stroke. You should not take it if you are currently bleeding. Some medicines should not be used with Clexane 20 mg injection. Tell your doctor what else you are taking to make sure it is safe. If you are underweight, you may be at increased risk of bleeding, and drinking alcohol may increase your risk of stomach bleeding.
Clexane injection application
- Treatment and prevention of blood clots.
Clexane Injection Benefits
In the treatment and prevention of blood clots
Clexane 20 mg injection prevents the formation of new blood clots and prevents the enlargement of existing ones. It works by blocking a substance in the body that is involved in blood clotting. In this way, it helps the blood to flow smoothly throughout the body. This can help reduce damage caused by clots in the lungs (pulmonary embolism), brain (stroke), heart (heart attack), or other blood vessels (thrombosis). It can also be used to prevent blood clots after surgery, such as knee or hip replacement. While it doesn't "dissolve" blood clots, it can prevent them from growing so your body can dissolve them over time. It can also make it less likely that parts of the clot will break off and travel to other parts of the body.
Clexane Injection Side Effects
Most side effects do not require medical attention and will go away as your body adjusts to the medication. Contact your doctor if they persist or concern you.
Common Clexane Side Effects

I got pregnant in January. I felt all the symptoms of pregnancy. When I took the SCG test, it was negative. Even my blood work also shows HCG deficiency. Since I feel pregnancy symptoms, I continued to take HCG tests for 3.5 months. During this tenure, I had almost no periods. (only sometimes spots are seen). I consulted a gynecologist about these problems. I had two ultrasounds. He showed blood clots. The doctor suggested an anti-mullerian hormone test for irregular periods/long break. He also gave me pills for my period, I took them and had my period for four days in the first week of April. The AMH test showed worrying results. It showed a value of -0.7. The lower normal range is 0.7 to 0.0.9. The doctor suggested completing the three-month course of Ovarus tablets (75 mg). Are there any concerns about the lower AMH? What is the reason for this problem? I have thyroid problems and I have been taking Eltroxin 100mg for 7 years.
